EPIDEMIC - COVID19

Hi There , Stay and Start welcomes yo all, here we are going to talk about the misfortune held with whole world , yes we are talking about CORONA, according to WHO Covid-19 is type of disease, continues to spread and become serious issue to public health. We all know where all this were started,from Wuhan (CHINA) to whole world. Corona becomes very major problem for humans all over the world.
Thousands of people are suffering by Corona this time and many of died.
Corona rapidly spreading among person to person. Many of developed countries are also get fail to save their citizens.
Peoples are aware about this but still no one is able to stop this disease , only there is one way to break the chain of Corona is Social-Distancing ,because of this many of countries strictly lockdown themselves. Government spread awareness how lockdown help us ,how it is gonna save humans from this devil disease but the question is how much of us are aware ?

Lets Do Some Home-Work about Covid-19. 

We have to understand about the symptoms of Corona, to fight against this disease 

SYMPTOMS   

  • Fever , Tiredness and dry-cough are the common symptoms.
  • There is also some other symptoms like sore throat, difficulty in breathe, aches and runny nose.

What we have to do ?

- Peoples who have mild symptoms or have fever cough difficulty to breathe should immediately consult to their medical providers.

PRECAUTIONS 

  • Wash Your Hand time to time
  • Maintains social distancing
  • Do not touch your eyes nose and mouth without washing your hand
  • Practice some respiratory exercises and yoga
  • If you have any type of symptoms ,contact your doctors and isolate yourself.


    • Here in conclusion we have to support our government in favor of the lockdown because social distancing is only way to avoid this disease.
    and also don't forget to appreciate to the Unsung heroes who are fighting with us like Doctors, nurses ,policemen ,cleaners etc. 

    In last I only wants  to appeal that you all are very intelligent and understands the misfortune very well , you all are better understand what is good for you and your families.
    Lets pray for the humanity and try to isolate yourself at home. Because life is not Cheap.

    Also try to help those peoples who do not afford good prevention and essential stuff.
    Try to feed stray animals around you.
